For many years our church has worked with the children in the orphanages in our area, primarily because such work is of great importance in biblical teaching. We visit the children and play with them, trying to make their life happier, and from time to time we organize celebrations with sweets and songs. We have also done repairs and made improvements to the facilities where the children live. We realize, however, that there is nothing better for the children than a family. We believe in the power of love, and we know that these children need love every bit as much as they need food and shelter.
